James L. Stewart has 40 years of experience working in the technology profession. He is currently the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for the state-wide Utah Education and TeleHealth Network (UETN) organization and has been working directly the past 21 years supporting technology for all higher education and public schools and healthcare organizations in the state of Utah.

Jim served as the SC18 SCinet Deputy Chair and the SC19 SCinet Chair and has been part of the SC Conferences series since 2010. SC Conferences was held in Salt Lake City in 2012 and 2016.

Jim holds a degree in Economics as well as the CETL and ITIL certifications.
